Everything you need to know before you book.
Hall rules
- Please leave the hall as you found it: chairs stacked, floor swept, bins out to the yard.
- No confetti, blu-tack or tape on the walls.
- Finish on time so the next group can get in.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building.
- Lock up and put the key back in the key box when you leave.
- If something is broken or spilled, tell the committee.
How booking works
- Pick a free time on the Book page and fill in the form.
- Your time is held straight away and shows as "Requested".
- The committee approves or declines it. You get an email either way.
- Regular groups with a group code are approved straight away.
Opening hours and spaces
08:00–23:00, every day, in half-hour steps.
- Main Hall & Stage
- Kitchen & Meeting Room 1
- Meeting Room 2
- Entire Hall — all three together. Booking it takes the other three, and any of them being booked means the Entire Hall isn't free.
Keys
There's a key box by the front door. Once your booking is approved, the code comes in your confirmation email. Put the key back and scramble the code when you leave.
